    Do I have a lot of water retention?



    I took 31 lbs on a 10 week test e and dbol cycle, im off since 11 days and lost 3 lbs so far.

    Do you believe i bloat a lot? this pic was taken on a no-workout day.

    ya acne everywere get a looofa brotherrr ha. naw the saw thing can happend from me time to time i would say ya your prob holding some water i dont think all 31 pounds was muscle ya know.

    Looks like it to me, but maybe you should show a relaxed pose (?) from the front. Just edit your face out. Tan that acne away too

    you need to take front pics and back pics relaxed. But yes you have water. Get some accutane to.

    The blurriness doesnt look like water retention to me, just plain ole bodyfat.

    Yes some water retention. What was your cycle again? Also you need to hit upper chest hard.....

    yeah always had those nips.

    my cycle was test e 500 dbol 50 1-10 and 1-4

    I can't seem to grow my chest, no matter how i change my workout routine.

    hope he can rest easy tonight knowing youve always had those nips--what kind of question is that-----anyway go on a cutting diet and that fat u gained will go away---so will the water

    For chest use dumbbells on chest day and dips and close grip on arm day .

    Look good , just hit that cardio after workouts for 30 min and check that diet .

    i thought the same thing, but if those are natural then u good. But ya close grip on arms, maybe try incline db and see if the upper chest will work out for ya. Also incline flys? Any objections?

    What were your stats pre and post cycle?

    If thats what you look like after gaining 31lb, you must of been quite skinny before hand bro.

    kept 26 lbs of the 31 gains. im 1 week finished PCT. I only have 16 inch arms, but everyone tells me they look huge. Short arms FTL

    Agreed. Incline press (mixed up with DB and BB) and incline flys on chest days. Using those two exercises extensively helped me achieve the huge man mountain of upper chest I have today!!!
