Question Help estimate my BF %

    Hi guys,
My digital fat loss monitor says I'm around 12%, but I'd take that with a grain of salt. I have never cycled.

Look up the Army test. You measure your neck and your waist and it gives you an estimate. The best test is the water test..........

I would not recomend looking up the Army test. However if you want it here you go http://550cord.com/products/info.asp?ProductID=7 just click the body fat tab and add it up.

I'm in the army and can personally say it is way off. Taped 23% 2 years ago, went to the nutritionist who did pinch tests to 16%. May very from person to person though.
