Well, you can see the chest very well...
Looks like it has potential to be HUGE...hard to tell on everything else. Ab's look decent, but it's hard to tell without a flex...
Just eat eat eat...
135lbs!!! WOW, I think the last time I weighed that i was in 8th grade. lol...my black lab weigh's 90 and he's only 10 months old.
I'm just bustin ya balls man...Dont take offense to it.
Your in a great situation, everything you gain will be LBM! Harder for you to put on due to your metabolism but still...I envy you!

Looking lean, definitely have a good base to build on.
I had the same problem. I have a fast metabolism and burn off everything. The only way I can gain weight is by eating constantly. Maybe you're not eating enough? Post an example of how much and what you eat a day.Muscle Asylum Project Athlete

Yeah - you are really skinny - especially since you have already used AAS.
Eat! Get a few shakers and MRP's (Myoplex Mass) and drink your meals inbetween eating whole food. No dishes and fast. Feed that furnace you call a metabolism fed. You have to get your body used to a new weight - so don't be too conscerned about fat gain - just eat.
Train with heavy compound movements and get a good solid base on yourself.
And EAT...

Carlos_E- I just recently started eating alot, i havent been working out seriously or eating.
Warrior- thanks for the tip. I have a q, are you saying that i shouldnt be worried about gaining fat at all? I know i'm skinny, but if i set my goal right i can gain at least 15lbs in 4 months, i didnt once already, but is it a good idea to throw in junkfood in it?
ps: i look worse now, my pecs look smaller, and my stomach is worse. Need to plan a real good diet, over 4000 calories a day.

Your post workout window is very necessary too - be sure to take in a high GI carb/protein drink within 30-60 minutes after working out. Get on a good MultiVitamin with extra Vitamin C, glutamine, creatine and get some MRP's to help fill in gaps.
As far as training - no need for advanced balls to the wall stuff right now. Stick to strength training with free weight compound movements. No cardio for you.
Day 1: Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Abs
Day 2: Quads, Hamstrings, Calves
Day 3: REST AND EAT
Day 4: Back, Delts (start learning Deadlifts for this day)
Day 4: REST AND EAT
REPEAT
IMPORTANT: You need to work legs! Many can put on an extra 10 pounds quickly by priortizing hamstrings (which are often lacking) - yeah, no shit. Your legs hold you largest muscle groups (glutes, quads, hamstrings) and will deffinitly help add to your bodyweight.
Also - don't mess around with little shit - like forearms, neck, traps... go compound and get out. Those smaller parts you can focus on once you get up to about 180lbs...
If you do this you will grow.

That advive helped me alot. Ok so i dont need to worry bout fat gain since im skinny as it is.
Is this true that by lifting heavier weights with less reps will help me put on mass? By the way i'm used to workout every day. So i dont know bout the working out plan you gave me...i dont wanna cut down on the days, unless i dont have a choice

Try 5 days on 2 days off.
Day 1 Chest
Day 2 Legs
Day 3 Shoulders
Day 4 Arms
Day 5 Back
15 pounds is very doable in 4 months. What do you normally eat a day? Give an example.Muscle Asylum Project Athlete
