Excellent separation in the abs. How long have you been training?
Got any front or rear double bicep pics? If you're as symmetrical from the back as you are from the front, your back must be incredible.

I do have back shots, however, when trying to attach them, the system says they are too big. Do you know how to shrink them so they fit?
Teddy, I have been training for about 8 years. These are pics of my third show.

Impressive. Nice picts. How tall are you?
If you need to resize your picts, use photoshop or photo editing software and shrink them down.Muscle Asylum Project Athlete

I am currently weighing in at 206lbs, I am 5'7 1/2". I will try to find some off season pics to put up. For this particular show, I started dieting 12 weeks out and weighed 186 lbs.

Holy abs! No GH there! If you don't mind me asking, what did you "use", if anything (and good gawd, I hope you used "something" besides hydroxycut) while dieting down. I'm real interested as I've been having issues dieting down while maintaining muscle.

My arms were about 17", I am not sure the BF% at that point, sorry. I really have to bring up my hams and calves though, any ideas from anyone?

Can't really see your calves in the pict, what size are they?
I'm curious, what kind of cycles have you done? We're the same height and I'm trying to get to your size, 200s. I'm natural but considering doing a cycle or two to get there.Muscle Asylum Project Athlete

Thats some incredible separation in the abs.
It looks like u really have your contest diet down. I'd love for you to post your final week of prep, including what u ate, diuretics, etc. I'm competing in my first comp this summer and it would help me out a lot.

Saboudian, just to let you know, there were absolutely no diuretics involved, I don't believe in them.

From your pics,
It looks like you could bring out your chest a bit more. The cut is there most def!
Hams, I cant really tell to much and neither with the calves... Back looks great and shoulders are very nice. Arms are ripped, maybe another 1/2 to 1 inch on the bi's and your done with them!
You look great man!

Skid, I would like to put on about an inch on each leg, I am mainly looking for a combination of hams and outer sweep improvement. Any suggestions?
-
01-20-2003, 02:06 PM #27
looks like we're on the same path, bro ... outer sweep has become my focal point too
post your leg routine (or PM it to me) so I know what you're currently doing, and lets see if we can help each other

Thats pretty amazing that u didn't use any diuretics at all and u still got that dry. This only makes me even more interested in your diet the week of the contest and what u did on the day of the contest. Please, i'd love for you to post it.

Hey dude, can you post your back routine?
-
01-22-2003, 01:55 PM #35
I'm with saboudian, if you managed to get that shredded without the use of diurectics (dnp , clen ???) how you got there could serve as a valuable piece of knowledge for us all...i haven't seen someone that dry since andres munzer (for real).
Also, i'll second the opinion of many bros having posted that suggest you share with us cycle experience.

Awesome conditioning. Those abs are really sick. I started cutting 2 weeks ago and I'm curious about your routine too. Post your diet/supplement and cardio routine for us. This will help us all.
Regarding the hams/quads advice you are looking for...far be it for me to give you advice. You know what you're doing. But, to add size there myself, I'd add some shock routines to your ham/quad days. Change things up to break through plateaus. I've used Craig Titus's shock workout for quads a few times and it definitely helped me add some size. He does 4 supersets of leg extensions with Smith Squats..20 reps each, so 40 reps in each full set. Then, 4 drop sets (each drop set is 5 sets of 20 reps each) on the hack squat. Have your partner drop a plate after you fail on each set. Do the squats with your feet close together to emphasize the outter quads. I think leg presses are also great for the outter quads when you go heavy with a close stance. I do these down to 4 reps to failure on my last set and usually see spots. With hams, remember to hold the leg curls for a couple of seconds at the top, squeezing hard. Try some drop sets with these too. And with straight leg deads, I try to keep the tension on by not standing all the way up. Most people stand all the way up, which gives your hams a chance to rest.
Good luck with your progress.
