Hi guys ive been on this site for ahwhile been working out for about 3 years 4 to 3 days a week im 6 feet 167lbs i used to be very chubby i then decided i did not want to live my life like that so thats why i took the gym seriously but now its seems like i have met my plateau. i have used steriods i am not currently i have been clean for about a year due to health issues, i do watch my diet i make sure i consume the right amount of daily protien i am quite happy with my body i just want to gain a bit more muscle an less fatt I do not know my body fatt? what are your guys's suggestions i mean any help would be great thanks.

you did a great job thats what im currently trying to do also but i never cycled yet, did you use anything to help you cut th weight besides a good diet and cardio

Dang bro looking good at 167! Maybe post your diet in the diet section first before you decide that this is your last resort. Sometimes you're getting all the right stuff but tweaking it just a little can help and there are some guys in that forum that will be able to advise in that. Good luck man

i used nothing and i really did not even do cardio i hate running it was mostly the diet once, i cutted out my fast food and fatty foods, it helped alot but mostly im not starving my body like i use to, i make sure i eat somthing small every 2 to 3 hours and after workouts i consume my biggest meal along with protien. i found out that helped me alot.

vanilla ice jokes again you are lookin good for where you are at, and for cardio you DONT have to do any running, instead do low intensity cardio. fast paced walk with your heart rate 130-135 bpm for 30-45min at a time. keep the training intense also. have you biggest carb meals your first meal and post workout meal. add in healthy fats in the meals between and just watch the junk food you are on your way bro! give it some time

I'm no expert but I would put you around 12-13%
You dont need gear yet. At 6ft you could probably put on much more weight naturally. Hit up the diet forum. Keep up the good work.

Same 12 13. Prob get one of the trainers or your rep to check it at the gym, they do mine. Not one those electric ones either, But they are pretty close. And check it before u lift . Lookn good. Plato just got it

IMO those stats aren't accurate or the pic isn't you. Sorry... but 6'0 and 167... even w/ a low BF ~10%... your shoulders/ arms are too thick for that weight; that is unless you have pencil legs or something.

Small boned that's why the body weights low. I know sum big f ers that have small joints, they look a lot bigger at a lower weight.

i agree, i know very large people that look as if they weigh a ton but in fact are smaller than myself as their bones are not as thick. Their natural frame is smaller even thought they trained the muscles until they got big? That would be my guess because a have a younger brother who is 6'-6'1" and i swear on my life he is 147 lbs. He has a decent chest and arms but his legs are disgustingly small lol. Like his quads are only lightly bigger than his calves. But he says he wears pants so it doesn't matter lmao. But you would think he's at least 165-170 if you saw him with just his shirt off wearing pants.
Either way good luck bro, they can't make the scale change lol.

Thanks DD! Ok Kall, we know u can get bigger. Cuz u dropd weight to get to ware u are now, and built a good body whyle doing it. 190 is not impossable it just mite take a lot of compound lifts. Rome wasn't built in couple months. Sooo u need a bigger foundation but sum people have to get big and put the fat on just to cut and only b 5 10lbs heavier at the low bf point u want. It mite take longer to do it the way u want more muscle no fat, but maybe not you mite wana learn ur body a little better? On anuther note.. I have a buddy that looks like a pip sqeek (if u could imagine what ever that is). He looks so scrawny w his shirt on. He has small leggs cuz a horse broke one in half just above his left knee. He works his ass off in the gym tryn to get big. Anyway, this guy is bout 5'9 bout 140 looks like 2prcent bf he can't put on fat to save his life lol its amazing!! I've known him sense I was 13. This guy looks like he was carved outa rock. All natural. Its crazy!! He wants to put on weight. I wana look like him. Well, w my shirt off. Lol!

so i changed me protien from a gainer to normal Optimum (witch is high in protien) and sence i did that im droping weight im now 163lbs dose this mean im loosing muscle? i mean im still doing my same routine and weight in the gym but i do look kinda smaller im thinking.

so u went from chubby to look a bit like a rent boy lol dude get some weight gainers and mass supplements eat low gi foods eat more carbs and proteins and workout hard heavy weights
