Thanks for that I'm glad that they effected you enough to have to say something. Weight in the last somewhat shape pic was 245 but the one that I just posted is 235 at 6'. The fat boy pic is 255. And, I didn't need to get my diet in check. I needed to get my drinking in check. Been sober for 2 months now. My diet has changed drastically starting this week. I have more tilapia, chicken, and green veggies than I know what to do with. I've dropped my caloric intake to about 1500 calories a day. Down from about 4000 a day. I didn't eat a lot, but I just ate crap. Hamburger helper is not your friend. My current cycle is prolly the craziest I've done,as far as, the liver effects. My cycle consists of. 4iu hgh ed, 100mg igf ed, 100mg prop eod, 50mgs winstrol ed, 75mgs fina ed, 600mgs of eq a week, 400mgs of parabolan a week, 140mcgs of clen ed, and 160mcgs of t3 ed. I have 4 weeks left of my 8 week cycle. I'm pumped. I just can't get tired anymore.

I know it is thats y I'm being monitored the whole time. I have a very cool doctor that actually learns from me when it comes to the way we use certain substances. And, my cal intake isn't that low on purpose. I'd like to bring it up to like 2-2500 but I have no appetite. All, I can say for sure is after this. I'm taking a good 6 months off and then bulking up in the winter.

I've been pretty steadily working out for 13 years now. Except for a 2-3 year stint when I just drank all day. I'm still 30 pounds less than what I was before I went on that long ass bender. I've done around 10 to 15 cycles. I didn't just jump in to these doses. I've learned what my body can handle and how far I can push it. I'm going in next week to get blood work done. I'll let you know if my liver has begun shutting down.

Might be a stupid ? but how much cardio. I mean if your pumped up and not getting tired you should be able to shred that little bit of gut off. I here ya on the beers there tough to let go. i've been working out for 7-8 weeks and I'm 6 foot one inch and 250. I'm four days on one off. That off day is hard to take because I'm still ready to go. But enough about me good luck to you and don't mind the negative posts, god knows I got a few, def watch your health it ain't worth screwing with.

I haven't been doing cardio. I wanted to quit smoking first. The truth is I really hate it and can use that as an excuse. However, I am down to less than half a pack a day so I'm gonna force myself this weekend to start doing around 45min. each morning. I'm ready to see my abs. It would be the first time ever.

If it matters at all I think the tattoos are dope!
Great progress! Quitting the smoke and adding in the cardio will do wonders. 1500 cal a day is crazy low for you right now. Get over to the diet section and have them work out a new diet for you. You will need to slowly increase your calories when you do get the new diet, but once you get it dialed you will be much happier, eating more (quality food) and seeing better results. ...and about the gear... WOW! That is allot! I'm glad you are being monitored. Keep us updated.
