Test E + Proviron + Winny
Hi people,
I'm currently in my 4th week in the test e, proviron and winny cycle. Have not taken the winny yet as it is suppose to be taken during week 7 to 12.
I am 24 this year and weigh 165 lbs and 5'7 and have been working out for 2 years going to 3.
Will post my work out routine and diet in the next post
Opinions please.

Here is my training routine.
I work out 4 times a week.
I am currently following the HST principal of training.
My diet consist of,
Breakfast - 24g protein , 4 egg whites + oats
2 hrs later - 30g protein tuna + 24g whey
lunch - chicken breast + oats + 4 egg whites
2hrs later - 2 wholemeal with peanut butter + 24g whey
dinner - chicken breast + oats + 2 wholemeal bread with cheese and hams
2 hrs later - low fat yogurt + cottage cheese
before sleep - 24g caesin + 250ml of skim milk, 3 scoops of low fat peanut butter

i will never flame someone for posting pics, takes courage bro...
however i feel u def. should have built a better base before cycling...
that being said, u need to eat more man. if ur trying to grow u need to eat alot more then that. someone ur size should not be following a cutting diet..
eat,eat,eat.....

im with moose. first thing i was going to say is... your not eating nearly enough
up your protein and carbs for every meal
add in some fruit. especially if your tryin to gain
what is your pre workout meal?
and whats your pwo meal consist of?

hi moose , thanks for your genuine opinion. I feel that i am a little heavy for the size i am having now , that is why this is my new diet that im following. Low in carbs. I do have irritating fats at my abdominals which i would like to get rid of that is why i have winny included. However the main reason why im actually having lesser carbs is due to my weight versus the size im having now.
hi dukkitdalaw, i do eat fruits, its just that i did not add them in the diet. I usually take in bananas or apple and i take multi vits as well everyday.
I have to admit i do not have a plan pre worokout meal but i usually take some light carbs like egg mayo bread. i have pwo meal which consist of 48g whey + wholemeal bread with cheese and ham or peanut butter low fat.
