UPDATED: Natural fat loss in progress
Hi all,
Doing clen got me having heart palpitations, and ECA wasnt my best friend either. I decided to try and loose fat the old fashioned way...cleaning up my diet. So here are some progress pics. Ive still not reached my goal but im surely happy with the progress so far.
Its taken more time than expected, but its really taught me alot about nutrition.
4th December 2009
Weight: 97.4kg
Waist: 41.5 Inches
9th March 2010
Weight: 85.9kg
Waist: 36 Inches
NOTE: the start date was actually the 4th of December 2009Last edited by underworldmagic; 05-04-2010 at 07:44 AM. Reason: wrong date

Thanks man, ive read good reviews on clen here, but some people dont react well to it, i personally got the usual sides like shaky hands, and sweating more than usual (which i was fine with), but when the heart palpitations kicked in, i thought thats it. If you decide to take it make sure you take taurine with it.

thanks mate. im working with a nutritionist and he's got me on 7 meals a day, macros total; protein 300g, carbs 150g, fat 25g.
As i'm vegetarian most of my protein is coming from soya, tofu etc. As i started to reach a plateau, im now carb cycling.
Looking at the pics now, i really had bitch tits to begin with, there is still work to be done in that area, but theres some real stubborn fat at the sides of the chest i really want to get rid of.

It always takes longer than expected! I started 1.5 years ago and envisioned myself ripped thinking a year and a half is PLENTY of time to get in shape. Well, you see my avatar...
GJ bro, keep it up, noticable progress for sure!
