as for what to do next that is based on what you want to look like, your goals, if i were you i would cut with a good lean/clean diet... then reevaluate after you get to 12 % - get real bf #s go and pay 15 bucks to get the calipers test you...
^^^x2. You have a good base though, decent width in the back (exactly what I lack bigtime). You will likely lose some muscle on any cut diet, but if you get the diet nailed down it won't be that bad.
Come up with a diet, post in the diet section with complete macros for each meal and let the experts help you tweak it.
I would deff not gain any more b.f but a lean bulk might do you good. IMO closer to 15% then 20% on the b.f.
