    yeah, definately see some gradual improvements. In my opinion, EAT MORE!!! Fuel your body and it will grow... just eat like a pig.

    thx for the advice bro's! , i'm working my way through dieting (being an 100% ectomorph, its a struggly for weight all day long) and i'm hoping to put on some more weight very soon!!!

    MikeW; batteries were out of the camera, so the date must have been reset to 2002 i guess...
