Im not sure about weight loss number, but the past 3.5-4 weeks ive noticed a large bf% reduction. Really been going balls to walls with cardio, and perfect dieting. These are all taken today, i need a bf estimate. Most work needed is ab fat loss and a little bit on chest. Legs could use a bit more definition. The last pic on the right is my start pics exactly 4 weeks ago.Sorry for lots of pics want as accurate as a measurement you guys can give me haha thanks
