    3 Year Transformation

So I was looking through some old pictures, and I found one. This was when I first started hitting the weights. I was 195lbs. In this picture I was in Iraq. That is when I decided to start lifting, because I had nothing better to do. I NEVER took protein (didn't know it was important), and I only ate three meals a day. I trained 6 days a week, and did full body workouts every time. I knew NOTHING about lifting weights.

This changed a year ago, and here is where I am at now. This picture was during an AAS cycle a few months back. I was 258lbs

    Now I am running:
    750mg Test E
    450mg Tren E
    70mg Proviron
    75mg Tbol
    Helios
    T3.

Excited to see how far I can go with my AAS journey! Wish I could flash-forward to 3 years from now

Nice job bro, you can see a huge difference.

I think the best thing you did was shave the carpet off your chest.....lol..j/k.

Your next cycle is going to be badass..good luck.

lol Thanks bro. Yeah I had to shave that carpet. I always thought that girls liked it, until chest hairs started to get stuck in their teeth. Then I shaved. I do not like the first pic because my biceps were bigger than my delts!! That is because I curled everyday

Hey, not to be an @ss, but it looks to me like a huge portion of your gains is bodyfat? Maybe it's just the pic, none of the people above alluded to this... just my observation - if i'm wrong, my apologies.

Well, a lot was fat. But my strength tripled. My chest was 43", now it is 48". Arms were 16.5 and are now 18. My biggest improvements were in my delts. Also, my quads grew by 4 inches

Waist was 34", and is now 36".
In that picture I was holding a lot of water, because I was around week 9 of my test cycle

I you look closely at the before pic, my chest caved in where it met my delts. I had a sunken chest as well. The hair made me look bigger lol

Honestly I think you look better in the 2007 picture. In your current picture you look almost like some chubby powerlifter.

Thanks bro. I started that cycle at 15%bf. I got to 18%bf in that picture, but as soon as I started pct I was at 16% in no time. I am running a cutting cycle now, so my goal by July is 12%bf.

LOL. When I was 17 years old I wanted to look like Tank Abbot. I was mezmorized by his power. So I was eating everything in sight. I didn't care about the gut, as long as I could have a chest and shoulders like him. And powerlifting was always my style. But now that I am running my second cycle, I am leaning towards losing bodyfat. I don't care about benchpressing 700lbs now. I just want to look good benching 400. My views have changed over the past couple of says lol. I think that I look sick in the 2007 picture though- maybe cause of the hair

at the end of the day, you cant get big and ripped and look perfect in short term. You have to build up then slowly cut down ect ect.

im presuming thats what he is going for and is going the right way about it from the pictures.

    good job looking good!

Thanks bro. And yeah I am cutting the weight now. I am running injectable clen + yohimbine hcl, and I have implemented a rigorous cardio plan. At the MINIMUM, 45 minutes 5 days a week. I want to be 12%bf or under in 3 months

Agreed - for the record I never meant to insult you OP, was just questioning the quality of the gains. from 1 pic that's tough to do! I'd be happy to have your muscle mass, so there ya go!

I didn't feel insulted bro- it's all good. If anything, it made me want to cut more! I will be incorporating T3 with my clen from now on. I am determined to see separation in my muscles. I will post a new transformation pic in 3 months

You'll love the t3 and clen, just make sure you're cycling to avoid catabolism from the t3.

It's a bad observation because you said a huge portion of gains looks to be fat which isn't true.
