    bulk or cut?

Ok lost alot of wieght came down from 257 lbs to 198 lbs
and from 45% bf to around 23% bf. I really want to get big meaning muscle mass but am afraid that by consuming alot of calories will it cause me to to gain excess fat?

I have been training for last 6 months and 4 months prior to that started dieting and alot of cardio.

I really need help with loosing fat from around the belly. also bf was measured on scales any body can tell from recent pic what bf is?

First of congrats on the weight loss. Those are some impressive figures. It is a testemant to your hard work. My advice would be to either mantain what you have or continue cutting some more.

Perhaps you could post up what your training routine looks like.

Good job man. Honestly, I would just keep doing what you are doing and lose more weight.

Don't stop until you hit 12-13%. There's no point in bulking if you're carrying around too much fat.

Excellent work, keep it up but keep in changing your routine asyour body will get accustomed to almost anything.
Try taking less of a bodybuilding approach (training one body part per day) and more of an athletic approach using, supersets, dropsets, cross-training....you'll continue toburn more and get more definition.
    Again great job!!!

You need to cut. Plain and simple. When you bulk, you will add more fat. If you cut, then you can start fresh and build the body you want. If you shred the fat you will be able to see some muscle which could motivate you. You will look 1,000 times better if you cut

agree with he others about this one, just keep it up. if you look around youll find some good diets around here, carb cycles, keto, etc....thatll help you lose some stubborn fat and actually gain muscle at the same time! check out the diet section on here n youll get some good feedback on where to start

bulk- you need some fat- only building muscle will tighten up that kangaroo pouch.
