I am sure she would enjoy doing one. She has a couple phone interviews already set up this week. We have at least one mag that wants to run a feature on her for next months issue. Funny, when we showed up for the photo shoot and video the guy says "It's $150". We both must have had the same WTF look on our face cause the guy then says "I am paying YOU $150". Ah gotcha...like the sound of that. We did turn down 2 other requests that paid more for lingerie lifting pics.

Thanks man, we ran a high protein (190 grams) moderate fat, carb cycle for 16 weeks. She started fairly lean so it went pretty smooth. We didnt get quite as lean as we were aiming for. She had smoothed out quite a bit in these pics from the show. A couple cheat meals and some water rebound will do that to you. She weighed in at 129.7 and was on stage the next day around 127.

Mrsfire is the one with the hair pulled up. Bringing up her arms and coming in a bit leaner are our two priorities for next time. That is an honest 10.1% BF right there. We need 8.5-9.

Yep, she (winner)had better arms and had better separation in her quads and was leaner. Hard to tell from that picture but from the front Mrsfire actually had her in the delt area. The gal that won earned it. We will bring up a few bodyparts and come in more conditioned next time too.

Yes, she came in 7lbs heavier than the last show and we did not add or change a thing to her diet or contest prep. I contribute most of that to her getting another 8 months of heavy training in. When she was competing in Figure we had to really keep the weights lighter and be careful not to add too much size.

She looked awesome FG. How much cardio does she do offseason and how much did it increase during contest prep?

Does she do any clen , t3, var, etc? You can ignore this question if you like, just curious what it takes for a woman to get to this level

She does a minimum of 60 minutes of cardio a day off season 7 days a week. Precontest (16 weeks out) we gradually ramp it up to 2 hours a day 7 days a week.

A few of the things you asked about are illegal to take. But I can guarantee you that exact look could be achieved by taking 10mgs of Var and 10mgs of primo per day for 8 weeks with a small dose of clen , cycled the last 10 weeks and nothing but food off season.
