    Hi guys

    Well first of im new to this forum and i just started getting into the gym i'm on my 2nd week. I joined this forum hoping that i could get some help and tips on the best way to be doing all workouts without breaking my back but helping my body grow. I'm not a big person my current weight is 69.90 but i would like to get my body ripped as much as i can here is some pic's
