    BF% estimate please

    Sorry about low shorts level. Been losing consistent BF% over the past 4-6 weeks and lifts having been going up. I can feel all my abs just gotta keep going to ~10%. Just wondering what bodyfat im sitting at. Both pics taken at night and im on creatine. Stats are 5'8'' 19Y/O 162lbs

    Hmmm... hard to tell when you guys have your tongues in your cheeks around here ... they tested me electronically at the Gym and told me I was 15%, and Im much more cut than I.Muscle .. Im getting the veins showing in my quads and shoulders. WTF ?
