    i dont have the pics from week 1 wish i did, i went from 205 to 230 in about eight weeks i will admit i could be in alot better shape if i would of seriously commtied myself to a more solid and serious program for about six months solid before my cycle, i have been training for four years off and on but due to work, and partying i would stray but i am souly commited to training for as long as i can. i know if i gained 25 pounds in that small of a timed frame my body could of really done well if i would of waited til i hit a platue. so basicly i wish i would have waited to cyle and gotten more natural potential muscle built. im just runnin test e 600mg wk for 10 weeks with basic pct and will past more pics of legs, back and torso. thanks guys

    You look good. But i dont think i see 230 there. You dont seem thick enough to be 230

    i agree i dont look 230 as well, im gaining weight every week. idk the gym scale and home scale are reading between 227 and 230 recently depending on the water in my muscle tissue or food in my body. that much weight seems like it would be water retention to me, but my muscles feel very dense and hard.i know im not thick im workin on filling out.idk ill take i pic of me on the scale next time

    looking quite ripped dude i would say u look easily 230 since your 6,3 wat are ur stats like biceps, calves chest if ya know post them up

    16 1/2 inch arms, 32 in waist, 48 in chest, 17 in calves, 25 in quads( i just measured i think the tape was even but will my gf to get better reads soon). my stats are not above ordinary i dont think their impressive at all but i will keep gaining and stay focused and keep updating

    yeah looks good though mate, their decent for that size so wats the overall goal after for when the cycles finished?
