    fat loss results- still a long way to go

    This is my Fatloss So far, its going well, Within this process, i did the V diet as well just to boost the fat loss, still a long way to go.







    Before

    85.5 kg
    30 % Fat
    34% muslce


    Stats Now

    73Kg
    20 % fat according to scale
    40.0 % muscle according to Scale

    Advice and comments would be appreciated

    Are you working out at all? Good fat loss but it doesnt look like you have toned up at all

    you lost fat,gj for that, barely if any muscle was put on though.

    Mostly was lost in last 6 weeks on the V diet, just to boost the fat loss

    From the 1st to 2nd pic, how much total time elapsed? Certainly more than 6 weeks!
