I dont think you have enough size to start to cut. You should do a lean bulk, go check out the diet section.

def lean bulk, ur already cut. why not run test for your cycle instead of hdrol?
already have h-drol and was easier to get. My dream cycle would be deca + test, ill be looking forward to running it someday, possibly in the winter

It's a mix of both I think. I've been eating more, about 3000 calories, and 150 gms of protein a day. My family even notices a difference and I have been getting more looks on the beach, but it also was better lighting
3000 calories and only 150g of protein? I know this isn't the diet forum, but that's way low for protein IMO. What are your stats? You may not even be getting 1g/lb of LBM. Obviously you're making progress, but you may be short changing yourself. I'd suggest posting up your diet for some critique!
I'm 190 lbs and 6 foot. It's tough to get more than 150g for me I'm probably not actually at 3k cals a day more like 2400-2800 depending on the day
yeah... 150 grams of protein??? that's really low... how many meals you eating a day? I eat 5 to 6 meals around 45- 50 grams of protein per meal. just a protein shake or weight gainer shake has around 50 grams of protein.... I'm 193 and 6 feet tall too. you should focus more on your diet IMO. Good luck!

Why is it tough? When I was eating 2500 calories/day at a 40/40/20 split I was getting 250g of protein. Seriously, you're not getting enough! It's a waste to put all this effort into the gym and eating right just to short change yourself. And please don't think protein shakes are the answer. You need more real food. I would love to see your diet... if you feel ok with it and don't want help, I understand, not trying to push this on you. I don't use many shakes I make 1 a day post workout and put half a scoop in my milk in the morning. It's tough because I'm on summer break at home and most of the food besides stuff I buy is garbage

the more and more Ive read about diets has convinced me I need to eat more protein and less processed carbs. I knew I should before but now I think I understand the need fully
