progress and BF estimate
whats up bros
Ive been gone for a bit now, but here i am back again and getting back into the gym harder than ever.
Anyways here are some before and after pic, in the before ones i was about 247lbs and probably 28% bf, right now im 221lbs and have no idea what bf %, im guessing about 20% now? help me out with this guys
All natural dont plan on starting a cycle for a while, i started one before and cut it short because i realized i was just being stupid, my goal is 230lbs at 9% bf by this time next year so there is no rush and no need for gear in my opinion.

Looks like good progress, maybe 15%? now.
A couple suggestions. Try to do the before and after poses the same, same distance, same pose, same location.
DONT have your pants down around your ankles, it's just weird and also weird to have your little sister in the back ground. LOL

Hopefully other people will chime in. This section can be sort of slow so dont get discouraged, just give it time and bump it one in a while ever couple days.
OK you get a pass on the GF in the back ground but the pants around the ankles is just wrong.... DSM might like it though. LOL

Great progress bro, very obvious fat loss and it doesn't appear you've lost any LBM. I'd put you around 18% ... definitely under 20%. Good job, looking forward to your next batch of pics!

Good job bro... you're definitely making some solid progress.
I see improvement in each set of your pictures.
I'd put you at 15 - 17% BF in that last picture you just updated w/.... but I'm sure other's will chime in.
What are your dosing protocols for the epi/m-drol stack?!

right now the diet and supps are like this
meal 1
8 egg whites 2 whole eggs
2 slices of bread
1 scoop of oats and whey by ON (has protein, and complex carbs and its delicious)
10mg m-drol 10mg epi
multivitamin
arimidex
meal 2
6-8oz chicken breast
some green veggies and 1 cup of brown rice
meal 3
big can of tuna
salsa
banana
meal 4 (pre work out about 1-1.5 hours before work out)
few sticks of celery
3 scoops of jack3d
6oz blackened salmon
10mg of mdrol and 10mg of epi
meal 4 (post work out)
1 scoops of hydro whey 1 scoop of max gainer by ON (170g of carbs, 700cal and 60g of protein)
2 scoops of waximaize
1 scoop of glutamine and bcaa
10mg mdrol and 10mg epi
meal 5
new york strip steak 4-6oz
fat free cottage cheese
banana
meal 6
chicken salad sandwich (in a pita wrap)
meal 7
2 scoops of ON casein protein
handful of raw almonds
10mg mdrol and 10mg epi
now some of you might look at this and be like wow thats a lot of shakes cuz i drink 3 a day but i also eat a good amount of whole foods and get my natural protein in as well plus im making good results here so i dont see a problem in it
also now that im on mdrol and epi im recovering a lot faster so im in the gym daily
routine is like this:
day 1
chest + 45min cardio
day 2
back and shoulders + 45min cardio
day 3
arms and legs + 45min cardio
day 4
no lifting 1 hour of cardio
day 5
chest + 45min of cardio
day 6
back and shoulders + 45min cardio
day 7
arms and legs + 45min cardio

Good progress mate well done, got my own log, called progress log and sometimes it takes a while for people to check it out so dont worry about that!!
Just interested to know what length between before and after pics?

1st set of pics was taken april 15th 2010
2nd set was taken 2 months later on June 14th 2010
3rd set was taken a month after that on July 19th 2010
