Looking very good buddy! Nice work.

The pants are a little low for my liking

I think a lean bulker would do wonders for your physique.. you may want to take a look into a little NPP

GOOD MAN! lol. that's what I like to hear.

That's going to be an awesome bulker. Hopefully you can maintain your BF but with lots of extra muscle packed on.

Best of luck, keep me updated please

Excellent results! Well done on the hard work pal.

Were you using any AAS whilst cutting? I'm on a cut myself, lifting heavy, carb cycling combined with intensity circuit training.

    Any tips?

    Thanks bro,

Naw no gear for the cut. I did use though Clen (2 on/2 off/2 on/2 off/2 on) and T3 at about 70-80mcg for the last 6 weeks. Other then that my diet was spot on and I prob could have lost a bit more but I allowed myself 2 cheat meals a week (couldnt help it)

Very noticable cut! Do you know what you lost in terms of BF%?

I'm with VM; we really didn't need to see that much of you!

No clue on how much BF I lost, Id say I was somewhere in the 15-17% range starting and hopefully im in the 9-10% range now.

    Hey Sauce man
Nice cut. I'd say that you are lower in the bf than u stated, both before & after but that's irrelevant. At your age, I'd say get a really good diet going and bulk up some. You have tons of natty test going and will def see results fast. If you do another cycle (which I'm not recommending because of your age and current physical condition) I'd recommend a test/ dbol cycle to add some thickness. If you do make sure you have some anti estrogen to take with it so there's no gyno issues. Even with the cycle you are going to have to up your caloric intake at least 500 cals a day to see any gains.

Good luck bro - stay healthy and take care of your nuts - you may want children some day.

I'd agree with the first part, not the second. My best guess is around 14% in the first pic, 10% sounds about accurate in the 2nd.

If you don't mind me asking bro, did you notice any significant loss of strength or muscle whilst taking the T3s? As it's been said using T3 without AAS would lead to quite a big muscle loss?

Yes. I can tell you that I lost a major amount of strength, for example I could bench 315 for 5-6 reps depending on the day and now can only do it 1-2 times

Ah cool bro thanks for that, I'm going to start using some T3s, will titrate to strike a balance between minimal muscle loss and decent fat reduction. Looking to get rid of about 10-15lbs in 5 weeks.

Diet was high protein, low carb, low fat. Had 2 cheat meals a week. Limited my intake to 1800cals/day. Training was same as when I am bulking except I added in more drop sets and cardio.

Cardio was done every day for 30-45min right after my workout. Cheat meals were usually pancakes, some sort of burrito, oe pizza. I did though for my cheat meals try to limit the amount of calories they were, such as to 500-700cal depending how I felt that day

HAHA you've convinced me bro, especially after seeing your progress, going to cut for the next 4 week and then go on a 10 week test-tren cycle straight after, exciting times.
