2 weeks.....no. I doubt anybody can lose 8 inches on their waist in two weeks. Also....I have been on several road trips lasting for weeks in which all I ate was wendus. I also went through a lot of shit dealing with divorce. I also moved countries and had a lot of pay garnished. So the last 4 months have been full of shitty diet and poor sleep....with minimal gym time. But now I am finally getting back into a routine.....but I just got tendonotis in both elbows
I was also cycling test e and t3
