Definitely making gains, shoulders are clearly wider, chest is much more defined. You say these pics are from about 12 months ago? Do you have current pics for comp?

I noticed the lighting got better as you progressed, which can give the appearance of more gains than actual. Poor lighting makes it hard to see definition, etc.

mate its true, none of my mates believed it was natural either, dont no the first thing about roids, i did a bit of time a few yrs back where i was introduced to weights and got out with a bit of size, dont no maybe it was muscle memory? well i have lossed all gains now and just about to start again i will repost in 14wks holding a newspaper so you's can look at dates

Sorry to hear that bro, I missed it the first time around. Good luck finishing up recovery, and I hope you make your gains back quickly!

True, but I think the shoulders are clearly wider and much more rounded, despite the difference in lighting.

thanks guys for all the comments, some people may think its , i also found it hard to believe when i first read the program and saw his before and after pics, (Anthony Ellis program)(designed for people who find it hard to put on weight), the program worked well for me, started gaining from the start as i had very little fat to start with, my brother did the course with me and his results weren't as good, he acually lost weight/fat before gaining here is a link of the program i followed
