Legs look like **** in my shots. Guess it the camera phone cuz my legs have some nice vascularity in em. IDK. Ill take some new legs shots in 3 weeks when done with cut.
Also gf sucked at taking the pics lol

first off, yes your legs may lag a bit but are pretty lean, are you on a cut? if so then training them twice a week isnt a bad idea. if youre trying to gain then cut it down to once. you look like a dexter jackson jr haha! very lean upper body, nice lines and cuts. still thickening up which is good, and im anxious to see how you rebound from this cut. whats your current diet look like? training schedule? good luck

Yeah I have 3 more weeks on my cut.
Protein 250-300g
Carbs 20-100g
Fat40-80g
Cals 1500-2200
Carb Cycling now so days are diff.
Its not much hitting them twice a week I hit every part every 6 days,
2 days on 1 day off.
So ex
Sunday Chest, Tri
Monday Back, Bi
Tuesday Off
Wednesday Legs
Thursday Shoulders, Traps, Delts
Friday off
Saturday Chest, Tri
Sunday Back Bi
Monday Off
Tuesday Legs
Wednesday Shoulders, Traps, Delts
Thursday off
Repeat.
so essentially every part gets hit twice a week, but at the same time plenty of recovery time.
Next program will be based off FST-7 while bulking.

looks good, be careful wth the fst-7, i know a lot of people who tried it and overtrained too quickly. be sure to ease back into your offseason plan before starting that so you wont bloat up or gain weight back too quickly, once you are ablt to take in the necessary amount of calories then you should start fst-7

What's cardio regiment are you following for your cutting? (how many times per day, and duration..)

Pwo I just went up to 40 mins yestersay and will prolly stay there for next 3 weeks.
After leg day 30 min treadmill walk
Non workout day 40 mins cybex stride machine and 25 mins walkin incline.
That cybex machine i use is. aa beast. 40 mins burns 850 cals. Low intensity inclined max
