    Body Transformation Video - 3 Years - +80 lbs of muscle.

    Hello boys i just completed my body transformation video.

    I went from
    5'8 122 lbs 13-14% BF at 16 years old to 5'10 202 lbs 13% BF at 19 years old, and i owe part of it to this community!

    Nice. Reminds me I need to take some pictures again soon. I have been taking pics ever couple months for the past couple years to monitor my changes also. I usually take them all in the same basic location so it may be interesting to do a time lapse like that.

    OP has posted his cycle logs, he clearly isn't natty. However, claiming that juicing at his age will shorten his lifespan is complete bogus. As far as I know, juicing before complete growth can potientally have irreversable damages to ur endocrine or nevrous system, though this hasn't even been proven, as far as lifespan goes if the juice was gonna hinder a person's life span it shorten the same quantity it would at 19 years old as it would at 25.
