Hey guys I been bulking pretty clean trying to get ready for a npc next march. I posted some pics a few months back does it look like Iam headed in the right direction?I am 5'10 210 16.5% bf I am not gonna let my bf go over 16% I will post link to old pic

More pics to come as I slowly work my b/f down naturally.how should I go about this any suggestions?I talked to a guy and he said I don't need gear to bulk because I have good genetics 4 that just save it for the pre season.So juice out of question right now.The show is not untill march what should I do for all that time?

Definite overall improvement. Proper diet and cardio my friend. Get over to the diet section and post yours up so we can help you out with it. You have a base under the bodyfat, let's make it show!

Okay, how old are you? My observations are about your bodyparts, not bodyfat, I agree with you having made progress, your legs appear to be a great/easily developed bodypart, your upper arms, traps, upper and inner chest need to catch up, I can't tell about the back with your pics but from what I can see you need to work on width. All areas can't be brought up at once so you would need to begin dividing your prep of these areas going forward to reach a better balance and overall look by march, IMO. If you will post a workout I'll make some suggestions. Good luck, respect on posting and the progress.

saturday start over every other week I will do db bench instead of bb and every so often I change the order of exercises around.I just started takeing sust. 600 mg a week ,tren eth 400 mg a week and t-bol 50 mg a day only on week 1.5 so far.I def agree my legs are way over developed compared to my upper body.This is from years of football were we did upperbody,legs 6 days a week.Hopefully this cycle will help out.Last edited by LegendKiller85; 10-09-2010 at 11:07 PM.

What do you think your weakest bodyparts are, in order of worst to best, and what is your least favorite bodypart to train, in order of least to most favorite?

You're covering your stomach, so it's tough to say. At a glance, i'd say you're in the neighborhood of 15%, but I could be off. Take better pics, and for Christ sake post pics that we don't have to break our necks to view!!!
