I would have like to hit all the mandatory poses but I had to beg to get my damn friend to hold the camera for 30 secs. Some reasons he thinks it ****ing gay. So i had to rush with what I did and I guess his hands were shaking the whole time. Ill get a better posing vid 8 weeks out

Currently 12 weeks and 3 days before I submit my final pics. Sitting around 202-203 daily this week. Lookin to be 188-190 Nov 30th peeled to the bone! Sending mine on Nov 25th since ill be off work that day. Gonna be SHREDDED!
