    You look amazing bro, i am seeing a new sport doctor right now and he told me that at 38 myself its not to late to get in the best shape of your life. I really tought that because i was not 20 anymore i could never look as good as i did then, how wrong was I.

    He is monitoring me a lot blood test, testosterone test and more and soon i will have a complete nutritional profile.

    He also treated GSP the guy from MMA with prolotherapy and more.

    I'm 44 and not as ripped for sure. Keep packing on size, if that's your thing, and the bodyfat will get better, slow solid gains are the ticket at our age.
