Gonna need some help!!
Hey all, just started back to the gym after a yr and im not looking to good... I will be getting evaluated at the gym tonight to find out my bf%..... will need ur guys help on my dieting and routines/cardio! thanks ahead of time Tom.... picks below of 1 yr ago and now!

Looks like you put on a good bit of fat over the year... i'd estimate you close to 30%. Post up your diet in the diet section, and include your workout routine so we can help you sort it all out.

Will do man, im getting everything worked out later tonight at the gym, when i come home i will post up all the %, routine and diet!

I don't think you're quite at 30%. Probably mid 20s (24-26) somewhere. Definitely packed on some weight fat in a year though. Getting back into the gym is the hardest part!

Wow, what do you feel when you look at those pictures?
I always love seeing myself change from a little to high fat percentage, to very low during a cutter.
But if I would see me from fairly okey fat%, to very high.. I don't know what i'd do.
But I hope turn it around soon, diet, training and all
Btw, my guess is 25%

aw man im jealous that you decided to change shit up so soon after getting that fat.. i shoulda done that.. your definately doing the right thing cause i think the longer the fat is on the longer it takes to get off.. some good cardio and diet wont take too long and then u shud come back here for the bulk up there good wit the info hurr lol

Pictures posted should be one tool you use to motivate yourself to bust your butt in the gym, I do. Keep us posted with pics monthly, post your workout routine, eat clean and it will come back quick. I'd say 30% is close.

i went from starting at 29% body fat to now being 20% in that picin 2 months!! what do u guys think i need to be working on on? i know the mid section!

Great job bro, wow!
Everything needs to continue to be worked on - and I don't mean that as an insult at all. Just keep reducing bodyfat, and try to add lean mass slowly and steadily. You're doing great! Want more updates in a month!
