Shirt off is coming this week, I have a "slightly" hairy chest that my wife refuses to let me shave. Pretty decent though. The wheels are where I need my work. Went forever pulling the typical skip leg day crap, but over the last few months have been taking them much more seriously. I have big calves which has made it easy to cover up the fact that my quads/hams are pathetic. Squats have gotten up to 365, and that is putting my a$$ in the weeds on every rep!
