good progress, how long did it take, what did you do/are you doing, what are your stats(ht/wt/age) and what are you trying to accomplish next?
first pic was taken 2006, been training hard less than 1 year. 5'11, 185,23 years old. Goal is to be as big as possible!

Well done bro, you've most certainly added some size. I would definitely think about cutting at this point but be realistic about it, your not aiming at 3/4% bf. At this time looking at your last photo id put you at around 17/18% bf so a good goal would be around 12/13%. I benefit and find it easier to bulk right after ive finished cutting.
Keeping your diet clean and adding cardio to your routine is key now....

cardio would be 30 min a day 3 days a week to start..
go online and find out your BMR and TDEE.. just google TDEE calculator and you will find it..
onceyou have that post it in the diet section with what you normaly eat every day.. broken down in protien and carbs and fats and cals.. etc.. and we can take i from there
looking really good bro. amazing the difference consistant diet can make. This reminds me of me exactly! bulking up right now, 158lbs now at 178lbs bf is going up too, wanna get to around 185 then start to cut. keep it going and keep us updated.
