Close to 20%. You look like you have a good base, so I think all you need to work on at this point is getting that bodyfat down. You'll look sick when you're all cut up.

Shorts are pulled up a bit high but he looks pretty flat (stomach) with no extreme love handles, also he looks pretty vascular.
Agreed that no bf testing is perfect but I think the military tape test calculation is proven to provide pretty consistent results.

Military tape calcs would be the one of the last ways I would ever go about measuring bodyfat percentages. Especially if it were on someone who weight trained.

Without knowing his ht/wt, seeing a back shot and a leg shot, and a front shot where his shorts arent pulled up over his obliques I couldnt give an accurate guess. But....if I had to I would say around 18%.

19%, work on your upper and inner chest, no back or leg shots so I can't guess beyond that. Well, none that are showing on the thread on my computer at this time, anyway. Very nice base. Post ht/wt/age, please.

15-25%...
Nah, in all honesty the ranges have already been quoted. You're fat in terms of bodybuiding and average in terms of the human population.
My question (and it was mentioned) - do you curl more than anything else? I've never seen such arm vasculatiry for someone as heavy as yourself.....it's a good thing.....you'll be sliced once you lose the fat. Good genetics.

I do curl yea. Both sides of my family are vascular though, even if they are very overweight.

Bring out that chest and slim down to get those abs to pop is what I recommend!

Coming down nicely, hard to tell from just one picture but looks like you may be gyno prone. I would keep an eye on it.
