all you need are the basics anyways bro, and you can improvise a lot of shit if you need to. You know where some of my best workouts were? In my old basement with nothing but a bench and a few sets of dumbbells!!!

You're absolutely right. But I am tired of not having anything for calves, and no other back equipment. All I have are bent over rows, pullups and deads

nah man, you have more than that. You have a barbell so you also have a T-bar row or a one arm barbell row providing there are no dumbbells? for calves you can do donkeys if you can find someone to sit on your back, you can also stand on a block or something and hold the barbell centered and do 1 leg calve raises. you also have barbell pullovers for your Serratus. You got shit, you have to be creative dude

I started in 2003 when I was in Iraq. Then after a year of lifting I quit and became an alcoholic. I went from 210lbs down to 180. Then I deployed again in 2006 and decided to give it another shot. Didn't know a thing about training until 2008. So from 2006-2008 I was getting my feet wet, but still drinking heavy and missing meals/workouts. Got serious in 2008. Haven't looked back since then

I have gyno. It is in my left side. Under my nipple there is a jagged sack of fleshy shit, and it is painful. It feels like there is a crushed marble under the nipple

Surgery should be a last resort.

Nolva does little for most people who have gyno, you need to try letro.

When it comes to gyno Nolva is like a hand grenade, letro is like a nuclear bomb.

There are all kinds of stories out there of people who got botched gyno surgery, I would not just jump into that.
