Before & After 16 week cut, and BF % estimate
Here is a before and after of my 4 month (16 week) cut...
In the first pic I went up to 98kg
Obviously a dirty bulk, eating anything in site to gain as much mass as possible.
Second pic was taken today. I went down to 85kg pretty much carb depleted, but when carbed up at around 89 - 90kg.
Fail?? not bad?
Also could I get a bodyfat estimate at where I am now (second pic)Last edited by bigp87; 04-07-2011 at 12:00 AM.

Not to rain on your parade, but I'd like to give you a reality check.
Those are not good results.
16 weeks of cutting?
You could go from the first picture, to totally shredded in 16 weeks.
Get your diet, weightlifting and cardio regime in order!

Sorry to agree with Wolf, but I have to - you want honesty, right?
I'd love to get a look at your training regimen and diet. No offense, but I doubt either was on point. I'm not telling you this to discourage you, but I don't like seeing people waste their time - i've fallen into that rut myself.
Having said that, there is most definitely progress, just not enough after 16 weeks. I would expect results like that after 4 weeks, and even that's pushing it. Like Wolf said - there are bodybuilders who go from (relatively) fat - their bulk weight - down to a shredded 5-6% in 16 weeks.
I think Bigslick is pretty spot on with 20%. However, I don't think you were 24 in the first pic - i'd say about 21%. Get over to the diet section and we'll help you get it right! =)

I agree with the others after a 16 week cut you should see a ridiculous difference, there is a difference but very little for that length of time. 4 months of straight cutting is a long time and the results should be much better.
Diet and cardio, suck it up or your gonna keep having to suck it in......

Yeah man, with a good diet and cardio ive lost 10lbs in a week, i know everyones different but still dude 16 weeks is ALOT of cutting time. You shoulda been at LEAST 25-30lbs less with strict diet and training with cardio.

Everyone agrees, and you probably know it yourself, we aren't here to make you feel poor about posting pics and making progress, props to anyone who posts pics! However, we aren't here to say good job for making doo-doo in the big boys potty. Tell us exactly what you've been doing, diet and exercise, and if you want it fixed and are serious about making some phenomenal gains in the next 16 weeks, we'll map it out for you.

Yea, I didn't realize, at least consciously, that you had a similar title when I 'thought up' mine. Most likely I had seen yours and it was in the back of my head somewhere. I'm about as uncreative as they come.
Thanks for the kind words bro, much appreciated! =)
And RIP T-Mos...
