i am looking too start my 1st cycle prob in january as soon as i get my bf lower i am already taking clen on my 2 weeks off right now can anyone give me an estimate on my bf please my stats are 30 years old 6ft 210lbs.. not the best pics i no as i only have a piece of shit camera phone.Attachment 112182Attachment 112181

Find a bigger mirror and post some better pics up and we can get it pretty close.
that was i was thinking also 17 or so trying too get under 15 before jan when i plan on 1sy cycle i will try too enlarge them as its my sorry camera phone thats the problem i need a digital one

I would say 17-20% judging from your height and weight with your pics..similer to my build at 6'2 220 just a little smaller..

Tough to tell from those pics, definitely no lower then 15%. 17 is probably a good guess...
thanks gbrice i was waiting on you too chime in and give me an estimate got some more then too drop before i start cycle u think i could get it down 2 or 3 percent in 2 or 3 months
