    hey

    This is the first time I have posted update picture since starting back at the gym. All natural. Started back at the end of january this year. Was 6'3 190lb 15% body fat and picture is here in this thread HERE. Since then weighed myself yesterday and am 215lb and took some photos of progress. Followed a strict diet for the first 3 months and then slacked off a fair bit but have kept the protein up and have been hitting the gym regularly. Apart from 3 weeks off where I had gastro and was not good for gym or food intake. hahah. I am about to go on a six week holiday where I doubt I will do any lifting if any so thought I might post before I go. Pretty bad photos(especially back) as I only had phone and a mirror and half of them took me a while to capture in such a small mirror.

    MAJOR progress, well done! I'd say bodyfat is about the same, but who cares? That means you've managed to pack on upwards of 25lbs of muscle. Respect!

    Body fat does look the same but the progressing is noticable.

    Cheers fellas. Thanks for the good words. I have not really been aiming to lose weight, just put on size. Hopefully I don't waste away over this holiday and I will come back and get bigger next year. Then might think of dropping some body fat depending on how I look.
