    anybody for a bf% ? 10.37 with calipers

    Hi ok so im mid cycle and put on 11 lbs so far, measured with calipers today and using jackson pollock method calculator i get 10.37% which seems a little low.
    My reason for saying this is you cant see my bottom abs and i can pinch just under an inch to the right of my navel.

    Stats 31,5'10, 211lbs

    What do you guys think?

    Using prop and var with clen sometimes.

    Hard to tell from just the one view but the amount of fat on the lower abs makes me think the number is too low as well. Try this method and let me know what you come up with.
