My Dad - 69 years old - NO EXCUSES
My dad was a truck driver in Iraq for the last 6 years and now is back in the states driving a truck, I got him started lifting when he was 55 years old, he was in great shape when he was in country. He hasn't had the time to lift and eat right since he went back to driving a truck here, but we got to hit the gym together today.
He's 69 years old
160 lbs
13.4% bf
What do you guys think?Last edited by tbody66; 12-01-2010 at 02:17 PM.

Thank you all. When he first came home, he was under 10% bf, had been lifting over there four or more times a week and was on cycle. I wish I'd have gotten pics then. Now he's lucky to work out twice a week.

He looks great and props to him for such dedication at this age. But I just find it a bit amusing that no one is a bit shocked that you have a 69 year old on gear, but when a 23 year old is on the juice..instead of waiting 2 more years, god forbit its the end of the world. Pretty sure at that age the stress from AAS do not drastically increase a risk of a heart attack, no big deal -_-

Two things, first, I don't have him on anything, he's a grown man and in Iraq it's easily available.
second - Testosterone injections in men over 40 have been reported as the "fountain of youth" by the AMA and he's been under a doctor's care and even had them prescribed. The problem with that route is the dosages and the cost.

Inspiring! Clinics charge about $200 to $300 per month for 2 shots test.
Then they charge about $700 a year for tests. Go to your GP and have him
order complete blood workup. If all in the "normal" range suggest 125mg
test.C, every two weeks. Saw Palmetto 10K mg daily. "Do-it-yourself" at
about $15.00 a month pins included.

Just so you all know, my Dad stopped Monday and checked out what you all had to say about him and it really made him light up. Keep em' coming and keep him motivated about doing what he can even when it's hard, like when he's over the road 6 days a week or more.

Great stuff, looks like he's got another 20 years or so of being able to chase hotties on foot before he needs to swap out for a wheelchair

He swore at 60 he was in the best shape of his life. He gets more comments at the gym than I do! He weighs 165lbs and benches 225.
