Good job bro, although i'd like to see before pics to see where you came from. After 6 years of training, you should look alot bigger, but I don't know what you were doing for the other 5 years to be fair.
Obviously, overall thickness can be brought up, but then again, can't it for all of us? Lats need more work for sure.
Glad you have realistic goals - such as gaining 10 REAL lbs. (muscle) in 14 months. I love guys who think they gained 10lbs of muscle in a couple months, lol! (with the exception of newbie gains, it just ain't gonna happen). Like you said, slow and steady vs. eating ungodly amounts of food that will wind up making you big... and fat.
You are probably more then 14 months away from a cycle though, to be honest. I would say just keep hitting it hard. You should get over to the diet section and post up your diet and routine so we can see what's doing.
cheers man, yeah like i said ive only been doing it seriously 4 about a year, i agree thats pretty shit progress for 6 years lol, il post a shot of me 2 years ago in a min m8 bear with me.
gonna keep grinding for a while and see how it goes your probarbly right tho bit of an early call on the roids but il c how it goes, il post diet later aswell nice 1
