your second year of ttraining how many pounds of muscle would you say you put on> was your diet and training consistent for the entire year? i am curious because i am kinda in the position you were in last year body wise. i have been training for one year and am looking to train for another year straight mass building because i want to compete in a show in summer of 12. I am trying to figure out what it is possible and impossible gains wise, pls let me know. your looking great bro hope i can come close or surpase that amount of progress in one year.

Well my weight actualy yo yo'd. I started of training being fat and made the mistake of "bulking up" (without proper knowledge if diet and training) I then decided to cut down for acouple months, this is when I went from about 90 kg -84kg, but I just looked skinny.. Again not much knowledge. Then I learnt about dieting and bulked up proply (putting on a little fat) to 93kg in 3 months .. And for the past 3 months I have cut down to 82kg where I seem to be looking my best. My biggest mistake was bulking up with crap foods and not doing any cardio.
If you post up pics I'm sure I could help you out as I found diet to be vert powerful

I found having short term goals (6-12 weeks) and going at it 100% worked best for me.. Then maintaining for a while and going again.
If you just say you want to put on 20lbs in a year you can easily go off target.. I'm a firm believer of changing up diet also every 3-5 weeks.

of course things need to be changed every so often, i dont see a need to change diet though unless only adding more of what your already eating.
i plan to change my workout shcedule every 4 weeks and the type of execsies im doing aswell, so i will have basically 2 whole difrrent workout regimens alternating the two every month. and diet will stay the same food wise will add more of same shit when i start to grow.
