Week 3 : Test Deca
Weight at the 210, from 198. Once I cross 210 I tend to pack on a lot of fat. So I need to be careful.
Here are some pics with light
Had a slight injury while squatting on my high rep day... odd since I used to go very heavy. Giving my legs 1-2 weeks off. Sucks but I need the rest.

In another of your thread you complained about holding too much water. Why would you run deca if you are already sensitive to water retention?
