    Lost 44 Lbs of body fat.Pictures included and motivation needed!

    here is my 1 year transformation
    when i started:
    height - 5'9 92 KG

    now 5'11 70 KG

    This is 100 % natural.I achieved this with patience and dedication

    my next goal is to lose 5 kg of more body fat and start lean bulk in June

    Diet Diet Diet is the key

    Huge difference, in the last picture I could have easily thought that body where a girls, glad you decided to drop the fat!
