Ty boys. Need to hit it hard the next 2 months and get down to 14 before I start a cutting cycle for summer. I'm usually about 175ish and in this pic I'm 191. Haven't done gear in over 5 years so I'm looking forward to it
Cardio been slacking. Only pwo cardio 2 times a week for a half hour.
What would you guys say are my weak points based on these pics?

you make it sound so easy.. this is the WORST part about cutting! esp the AM cardio! i probably will pass on that and see what my results look like in a month. i am NOT dedicated enough just yet to hit AM cardio. sure, its the best for fat burning and will help w/ intake throughout the day.. buttttttt, i also have to get up an hour earlier than i already do and that will just make me even MORE miserable at work.
16 in the morning 18 after last meal. in gym probably 14-15. Why cover a nice body in such ink? Never under stood why people got sleeves of tattoos no offense bro.
once you get one you cant stop. i actually have an appt for next week to get my back done. been getting tat's since i was 18 and im 28 now. havent gotten anything in over 2 years but getting the urge. i really cant even explain why i get tattoos. i mean, they all have some type of meaning but the reality is i do it because i love the way it feels/looks. most of the stuff on my arms and chest are music references having to do w/ the beatles or some other music. they also have to do w/ life experience, etc. kinda cool in a way but cant wait till im 65 and looking at my wrinkled tats.
