obviously that picture makes things difficult to tell, but any guesses on BF%?
I'm unsure how to guesstimate something like that.
There are several websites that can help you. Just Google body fat calculator.
From a back shot we have no clue. For all we know there is a potbellied gut on the other side.( I know there most likely isnt)
For a good estimate we would need a front shot and also a shot of your wheels

15-16 % maybe, you look good man, not a bad base....but, I think at your height you could make it to 200 with the right cal intake and training.
Do you know how many cals and protein grams you are getting per day?
How old are you?
I'd say 14-15% keep up the good work
I didn't see stomach area with your hands in the way .
I believe your around 13-15% . Look to weigh about a buck 70 ?
I would say eat , eat and eat . Then train and rest .

i been working on my posing as well but as u said u wrent sure about flexing ur back, try not contracting ur rear delts as much and raise ur elbows just a tab above parallel (helps bring out the top of ur lats) to the floor and turn ur arms back more to show ur peaks better. other then than work with controlling ur lats better when flexing. posing takes practice lol but im not sayn im awesome at it tho
feel pretty pathetic after posting those pics. I lied about my stats as well, not even close..its amazing how quickly I lose weight... and put it back on pretty quickly as well.
I'm 22 i'll be 23 in no time.
I would assume im less BF% then that, but who knows..
Thanks for the opinions and advice on the posing.. I sure as **** dont even know WHERE to start with the pose.
Either way, havn't been lifting lately but i'm finally financially stable so I hope to show some strong natural gains over the next couple months.
My calorie uptake varies.. I can get 4000 calories plus a day down easily..and then there will be days i'll mess up.. My sleeping schedule has been off as well.
Oh well..back to the gym..and the dinner table.
