    bf estimation and transformation pics

    lol thanks man my strength went through the roof too! i knew id gain some fat but didnt rly want this much but i know underneath i have some good size. i have more pics with dif poses if requested

    lmao!!!! weight gainer is what tossed all that damned fat on me bro lol.
    Thanks i hope to make the tanks look like shit someday lol
    lol wen i very first started lifting i weighted like 165 with high bf then cut down to the before pic u c and then to after what u c in the others. now wen i started i ran my ass off and even got niacin poisoning from tuna!!!! from eating it so damn much. my cardio was severly catabolic as well. but again ignorane got me and i didnt know what i was doin to myself. i kthot more running=lessfat that simple but now i know this all is science and thats alway why im n school now majoring in exercise science lol

    thats pretty solid stuff lol i still dont know enough. im fighting my ass off to get under 210 lol i can get 211 but not 210 then again never did cardio like i am this week i want to be like 195-200

    no i haevnt done cardio in over a year!!! i would die if i attemptd alot lol i know i should have at least done alttle tho to help keep my capillaries open

    Being you asked for comments. I would be 10x more impressed had your "now" pictures been the "before" pictures and your "before" pictures were your "now" pictures. You went from a lean healthy guy with some decent muscle to someone who is literally obese. I know those are not the words you want to hear but if you want honest assessments you have to be open to critisism. I would suggest getting your diet under control immediately and start a serious cardio schedule.

    This is the LAST thing he needs to do, adding 50 pounds then dropping 45 pounds then trying to add 50 pounds again. It's not healthy, it doesnt build muscle, it destroys your skins elasticity and it never teaches you to diet correctly.

    i appreciate the criticism buddy i rly thanks for the input!!! i know that its wayy more fat then i need but i am happy with the increase in muscle mass that is there. i thank u for the honesty tho bro and i agree with what u say i need to do

    I believe standby was saying after he drops a large amount of bodyfat he could start bulking again. Ofcourse by then we would hope he was educated on dieting enough to bulk a little leaner.

    You slowly add muscle over time, there is no need to ever go over 15% bodyfat. You can add all the muscle you need in the 10-12% range in my opinion. When you bulk and add in so much extra fat you end up losing a large amount of what you gained trying to get lean again. Trust me, much better to gain slow and steady that to have these huge increases and decreases in bodyweight.
