Upper 20's on bf. Transformation is crazy tho. You went from a waterboys to a lineman in no time.

lol wen i very first started lifting i weighted like 165 with high bf then cut down to the before pic u c and then to after what u c in the others. now wen i started i ran my ass off and even got niacin poisoning from tuna!!!! from eating it so damn much. my cardio was severly catabolic as well. but again ignorane got me and i didnt know what i was doin to myself. i kthot more running=lessfat that simple but now i know this all is science and thats alway why im n school now majoring in exercise science lol

Being you asked for comments. I would be 10x more impressed had your "now" pictures been the "before" pictures and your "before" pictures were your "now" pictures. You went from a lean healthy guy with some decent muscle to someone who is literally obese. I know those are not the words you want to hear but if you want honest assessments you have to be open to critisism. I would suggest getting your diet under control immediately and start a serious cardio schedule.

Over 20% in my opinion u have a great base to start though bro
You slowly add muscle over time, there is no need to ever go over 15% bodyfat. You can add all the muscle you need in the 10-12% range in my opinion. When you bulk and add in so much extra fat you end up losing a large amount of what you gained trying to get lean again. Trust me, much better to gain slow and steady that to have these huge increases and decreases in bodyweight.
