Got bored @ work and thought I'd take a pic and show some progress. Measured 16.5" and striving to reach 17"!

My notes say Jan 18th was my last injection...which is much more closer then i thought its been.

Alcohol and Dove soap. Will clear it up within a week.

Ive tried my alcohol pads and was amazed at how much dirt it removed, but disappointed at how little it cleared up the acne

Yeah, get alot of compliments on my forearms. Thats really a genetic thing as i do not work them out much.

you should use neutrogena acne free wash with clearasil 4hr vanishing treatment cream all over affected area

does this work it's sitting on my bathroom counter ?? I'm starting to get acne on the side of my face and the big dance is tomorrow !

Look good mate.....

Go get a 10% benzyl peroxide wash and a 10% benzyl peroxide cream. Use the wash in the shower AFTER you soap up and use the cream in the morning and at night before bed. For added acne killing - but an antibacterial soap for the shower.

Also..... when you apply the shower wash..... lather the area up real good and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing off.

Haz, I know I said in the begining of this thread I dont do anything about the acne but thats only cause nothing Ive tried worked.
Old procedure:
1. wash with Clearsil scrub
2. lather with irish spring soap (antibacterial)
3. scrubs with wash cloth
4. alcohol wipes
5. THEN, Clearsil face cream

....None of it worked and seemed klike it made it worse! Any more suggestions?

And dammit, I said forget the pimples, HOW ABOUT THAT ARM!!!

ok..... but your old preocedure doesn't contain benzyl peroxide washes or creams. Clearasil uses salacylic acid which does absolutely NOTHING for me. Also..... acne annhilator by platinum labz seems to get good reviews. Thats not in your old procedure either.

About the arm..... it looks nice *no homo* lol

actually haz, im reading the back of the clearasil tube and it says 'active ingredient: 10% benzoyl peroxide'.

The product is called 'acne treatment cream' and its always cleared my acne up before i started cycling...guess i will need to try something else?

Ill check with my source and maybe pm you some different thinga to try, cool?

Cant tell if its just the picture or not, but you should work on developing your biceps peak. Other than that, good size overall.

Have you tried the salacylic acid verson then? There is also another sulfer version they offer that some people have success with. We'll leave your acne alone now lol

u sure ur only 16.5"? im 16" and u look much bigger then me. body stats? im 6"3" and 174 ib 10% bf, wish i had those forearms tho! mine r stubborn f'ers!

Yep, 16.5 exactly. As someone above mentioned, i have no shaped peak. In other words, my arm holds much more size regardless where you put the tape. Probably why its so hard to add a 1/4"...instead of just adding to the peak, it must fill out the whole arm. This is my theory anyway, lol. My forearms are almost 15" now which is close to my arm size...guessing its genetics. Thanks for the comments though, much appreciated.

Nice arms mate looking hench! I'm the same with acne. Everyone's skin is different and no product works on my face for long. My body becomes immune to anything i try to apply before a week's course is ended. Only thing that stops the over production of oil for me is smoking, which is a pain. Wouldn't recommend this of course! I know where your coming from with not being able to sort the problem out though. Peace

true! Seems like the only time i dont get acne is when im on. Pct i always get like that! Its all good, just took the dive again lastnight. Oh well, maybe one day when its time to get off for good ill worry about it. For now, its time to add some more muscle on these arms!....and body.

Btw, what does everyone thing about that accutane stuff? Im reluctant because i seen one of those coomercials the other day with a lawyer saying if you were prescribed this drug (accutane) to call him immediately for a share of some settlement due to some major issue?? I dunno now?

on accutane, ppl over react way 2 much. i was on it for 6 months 60mg/ED. amazing for clearing acne, and it doesnt come bak. ive been off for 2 years and only get spots once in a while without 2 much effort worrying about my skin. downsides r insanely dry skin (hands and face sspecially) and sore joints (it drys the fluid in ur ligaments) so i had 2 quit playing hockey just because o fhte pain when running...could interfere with ur workouts alot! if it does then just come off it or reduce dosage. only other downside is its rediculously expensive!

Gucks, youve never heard of any long term effects from using that product? Commercial gives me concerns. Would you recommend it? I'll be taking eq while on this cycle so maybe the joint issue might pass me by...ever used it on cycle with a "bloater" and have good success?

Haha, yep. There are many times in a day when ill be wrenching have to stop for a few because my forearms are literally BURNING! Never thoght about it dec but theres my forearm workout right there!

yeah mate, any time im having a fettle with the car and unbolting and bolting my forearms will pump up and freeze my fingers in no time lol
