Look good mate.....

Go get a 10% benzyl peroxide wash and a 10% benzyl peroxide cream. Use the wash in the shower AFTER you soap up and use the cream in the morning and at night before bed. For added acne killing - but an antibacterial soap for the shower.

Also..... when you apply the shower wash..... lather the area up real good and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing off.

Haz, I know I said in the begining of this thread I dont do anything about the acne but thats only cause nothing Ive tried worked.
Old procedure:
1. wash with Clearsil scrub
2. lather with irish spring soap (antibacterial)
3. scrubs with wash cloth
4. alcohol wipes
5. THEN, Clearsil face cream

....None of it worked and seemed klike it made it worse! Any more suggestions?

And dammit, I said forget the pimples, HOW ABOUT THAT ARM!!!

Alcohol and Dove soap. Will clear it up within a week.

Ive tried my alcohol pads and was amazed at how much dirt it removed, but disappointed at how little it cleared up the acne

The product is called 'acne treatment cream' and its always cleared my acne up before i started cycling...guess i will need to try something else?

Ill check with my source and maybe pm you some different thinga to try, cool?

Have you tried the salacylic acid verson then? There is also another sulfer version they offer that some people have success with. We'll leave your acne alone now lol

Yep, 16.5 exactly. As someone above mentioned, i have no shaped peak. In other words, my arm holds much more size regardless where you put the tape. Probably why its so hard to add a 1/4"...instead of just adding to the peak, it must fill out the whole arm. This is my theory anyway, lol. My forearms are almost 15" now which is close to my arm size...guessing its genetics. Thanks for the comments though, much appreciated.

Nice arms mate looking hench! I'm the same with acne. Everyone's skin is different and no product works on my face for long. My body becomes immune to anything i try to apply before a week's course is ended. Only thing that stops the over production of oil for me is smoking, which is a pain. Wouldn't recommend this of course! I know where your coming from with not being able to sort the problem out though. Peace

on accutane, ppl over react way 2 much. i was on it for 6 months 60mg/ED. amazing for clearing acne, and it doesnt come bak. ive been off for 2 years and only get spots once in a while without 2 much effort worrying about my skin. downsides r insanely dry skin (hands and face sspecially) and sore joints (it drys the fluid in ur ligaments) so i had 2 quit playing hockey just because o fhte pain when running...could interfere with ur workouts alot! if it does then just come off it or reduce dosage. only other downside is its rediculously expensive!

Gucks, youve never heard of any long term effects from using that product? Commercial gives me concerns. Would you recommend it? I'll be taking eq while on this cycle so maybe the joint issue might pass me by...ever used it on cycle with a "bloater" and have good success?

ye, the dermatoligst warned me about long term risks:depression, liver diease etc. but i didnt experience any, the one thing is u shuld never use it if ur taking orals aswell! will destroy ur liver, and ur not ment 2 drink on it but i didnt drink much at tht age anyway.i wuld recommend it 2 any1 whos self conscious about it. it works incredibly well (give it 2 weeks formw en u start) but ive heard of ppl being allergic 2 it. not the end of the world if u have 2 come off it. ive never cycled lol, only 18 :P if u go 2 a dermatoligist about it ask about side effects u wuld have while using orals, they will kick ur ass :P wait untill after orals and use with injections.

Same here, theyre my two passions as well. If im not puttin up some weight, im working on cars. Youre quite a brave soul to be doing a head job on a range bro sh!t! I really dont mess around with heavy line mechanics. As i mentioned, im more focused on the electrical aspect: wiring/harnesses, diagnosing/repairing MIL lights, drivability, starting/charging, etc... All of the major shops around (pepboys, sears, ntb) refer all of their work to me if it cant be figured out. I dont usually brag about talents but im considered the best in my area.

lol, well i was only an apprentice, he had me doing all the bitchwork :P just pointing at which bolt 2 take off next lol. was a high end garage porsche garage. ****ing loved it! got 2 drive the new bentley mulsanne in there :P and electrics r over my head...tryed a bit of air con ecu and gear box ecu jobs but i culdnt tell the first step of wht i did. just do wht the mechanics told me 2 do :P and nice job dont have a problem with ppl braging, if ur gd at something and u love it, y not blow ur own trumpet once and a while? :P
