    thanks guys. and yes my abs show when not flexed. obviously not as good though. and if needed i can post another pic with my arm out of the way

    oh. and i have another question. whats the lowest bf% that can be maintained with a good diet and cardio? around 6% or is that too low?

    Yea takes alot alot of work because my abs looks like his flexed but not flexing my abs are not visible and I'm around 9-10%

    what kind of foods are good for maintaining a 7% bf? pretty much oatmeal and like special k cereal? besides fruits and vegetables and lean meats

    How the h**l do you get those abs? Its my worst feature and if I could cut up like that, hell I'd be fine. Who gives a sh$$ about BF%.

    haha im just young and have good genetics. i can just look at a weight and get bigger. im 17 years old. 5'7 maybe a little taller. most ever benched-395 squat-550. and at our school we dont do deadlift so clean-315. in this pic i weigh roughly 165-170. but when im lifting those kinds of weights i weigh 180-190. im thinking of dropping a few more % of bf and just maintaing.

    well its the truth. type in wrt93 on youtube. it has video of me when i was 16 benching 365. i had horrible form though. i have perfected my form and my strength has skyrocketed

    It's a long shot, but possible in a few cases. Genetics must be insane (not to take away from any hard work you did to get there). When did you start working out? I dare to ask or even put the idea in your head - but at your age, have you run any cycles?

    nope never have ran any cycles. never even took creatine. and gbrice if you dont beleive me. on youtube type in wrt93. and i benched 365 at 16 after a workout. i had horrible form then, but now its been perfected. No arched back and a pause at the bottom (on maxes). My legs have always been freaky though. when i was in 8th grade(13 years old) i squatted 405 parallel. i have been working out since i was like 13 in a half. and have took a few 6 month breaks in between then and now.

    You could really work on taking an even better photo, like without the shadows. Your chest really pops out dude that's pretty nice. It looks like you lack definition in your oblique areas, however, it could just be the shadow. Def low BF% I'm bad at guessing #s but I'd say 9-11. I have the same prob getting rid of that little bit of fat/skin around the navel too

    dude many guys use steroids just to get where you are now if i was you id hold off for at least one more year before you decide to pin yourself

    and id say your around 8-9% bf just hold off just a little bit longer

    Age isn't the only factor to consider, but generally 25 is about the earliest. You'll have a really tough time finding any help around here at your age... and quite frankly, you don't need it anyway. Save it for a time you might actually need it, just trust me.
