haha im just young and have good genetics. i can just look at a weight and get bigger. im 17 years old. 5'7 maybe a little taller. most ever benched-395 squat-550. and at our school we dont do deadlift so clean-315. in this pic i weigh roughly 165-170. but when im lifting those kinds of weights i weigh 180-190. im thinking of dropping a few more % of bf and just maintaing.
well its the truth. type in wrt93 on youtube. it has video of me when i was 16 benching 365. i had horrible form though. i have perfected my form and my strength has skyrocketed

No arched back and a pause at the bottom (on maxes). My legs have always been freaky though. when i was in 8th grade(13 years old) i squatted 405 parallel. i have been working out since i was like 13 in a half. and have took a few 6 month breaks in between then and now.

You could really work on taking an even better photo, like without the shadows. Your chest really pops out dude that's pretty nice. It looks like you lack definition in your oblique areas, however, it could just be the shadow. Def low BF% I'm bad at guessing #s but I'd say 9-11. I have the same prob getting rid of that little bit of fat/skin around the navel too![]()

dude many guys use steroids just to get where you are now if i was you id hold off for at least one more year before you decide to pin yourself
and id say your around 8-9% bf just hold off just a little bit longer
