Bf% estimate?!

Hi guys,

age- 28
weight - 166lbs
height - 5ft 6"

I think my Bf% is about 13-14% at the moment, can anyone see any different?

I'd say around 15%, no higher. Nice arm and delt development!

ye 15% is pretty accurate imo, and look pretty good man. wuld look better at 10% though! :P

not 12 anyway, at 12 u wuld be able to see abs.

I can see the top 2 abs now when i tense, but the other 4 are hiding still! lol
