Nothing specific stands out, you just need to be consistent with the diet and training. No more "on and off" periods in the gym if you want results. You could stand to drop some bodyfat as well, nothing drastic, clean up the diet and add in some cardio and I think you will see some immediate results.

Thanks, I know the on off has prevented any great results, but I've gotten out of owning my own business recently and finally have the time I need to actually eat, sleep and train right.
If you are looking for a BF% guess, I would say closer to mid teens. Much too soft for 11%.
12-12.5% work on the mid-section and your appearance will change dramaticly...imo
Rough guess 13-14%
