    Teen, all natual.

    The reason i am on this site is to seek proffesional advice, and to do my research ahead of time, i do not plan on using gear any time soon. I mean that. i will wait till im atleast 25, like everyone says. right now, im currently eating tons of food, and drinking protein shakes (only 2-3 a day).
    16 yrs old.
    6'2
    178 currently.
    I've been lifting for 2 years.

    Theres still things i need to work on, im open to any advice given.

    Im just wanting to know how my body looks, is it ok for being 6'2 and almost 180? Anything that sticks out that i need to work on?

    i feel like i can get the most advice from here, ive been lurking for a while and doing my research, like i said my diet is not top notch, although i am not lazy and i do cook stuff, my diet mainly consists of chicken, fish, lean meats, etc. i do not drink, or smoke. i would say for 16 years old im pretty dedicated.
    Im wanting to make varsity defensive end this coming season, so im trying to pack on as much as i can. my training is the 5x5 routine with a 4 day split.
    I will try and post pics of the lower body as soon i can.
    Bench press: i do work sets with 180, max is 225.
    Anything else you would like to know, just ask.
    IMO my chest needs the most work, along with quads. they just will not grow. i switch my workouts every now and then, but i cant seem to get them to grow. Also my left lat is bigger than the right and every time i workout my back, it seems like it doesnt get worked at all?

    You can be harsh, im not scared to know the truth!

    For seeking advice on my body i will be banned.. im not asking advice on what cycle to run, im not a hardheaded teen. i do not plan on taking gear for a long time. just figured this would be the best place to seek some advice, i guess not? sorry for the confusion.

    Some decent progress however with the age this is not the site for you... you need to be on a normal bodybuilding site and bigd89 is talking about the age you have to be 18 on this site....

    diet then dude your a little weedy for 6,2 but your still young you need to be in the diet section until you are 25.

    Ah, i see. Well thank you. The only reason i came to this site, was because i figured guys that are on gear would have just a tad bit more experience with things considering all the research that has to be done. It seems like all the other forums are filled with guys who lead people in the wrong direction. Can you advise me a good forum? Yes, i am pretty Small. I dont take in near enough calories i should per day, just like everyone else that is a beginner.. Im scared to get fat. im trying to overcome this and just Eat non-stop. And honestly, i dont even take supplements from GNC, it seems like most of that stuff cost's way too much for the results you get. i feel like if i overcome the fear of getting fat from eating too much, i can grow some more. I do not eat junk food, or drink pop.

    yes your only 16 and you have to be 18 here. admin will ban you but most likely tell you to please come back when your 18. dont take it the wrong way. anyways with your body i wouldnt be worried about getting fat. i would go stupid and eat tons of junk but you should be feeding yourself like crazy. even when banned i think you can still lurk around so keep your eyes on the diet section. if you do gain fat it wont be hard for you to cut it down. eat eat eat

    Well, i usually stay away from fast food, and high amounts of sodium and saturated fats. i eat 5 meals a day, but i think the portion sizes could be bigger. Would 4,000 calories be too much? or should i not even worry and just eat nonstop through the day. Im not taking any of it the wrong way, i can understand why you have to be 18.

    i visit the diet section pretty often, but like i said im just scared of getting fat.. But ive got to face reality, to get bigger im gonna have to eat alot more.
    I will say my strength is where it needs to be, but im not growing that much due to not eating properly.

    i read most of that the other day. i saved it to my computer. As soon as we go to the store, that will be my diet.

    Eat don't focus too much on how many cals, focus more on the quality of weight you are putting on. Your young and athletically active I'm sure your burning more than 4000 cals per day during your season. Eat clean and eat often it wouldn't ne the worst thing in the world for you to eat a little dirty you'll burn it. Again focus on the quality of weight you are adding you want lean gains not fat. Best of luck. Come back when your 18 and let's see the progress.
    Oh and your pecs have a nice square appearance just work on your overall size.

    keep going bro, i was half your size at 16 years old. Up your food intake and you will get crazy results in the next few years trust me.

    Why do you guys use the word "lurking"? Its a creepy word that I associate with rapist, peeping toms, ect. Can we use "hanging" instead?

    Although you have been suspended (the OP) you dont have to leave. You can stay and read all you want and learn as much as you desire. Most any question you would ask has been asked and you can still do basic searches, just learn to switch up your questions to find the answer you are looking for. I read/lurked around this sight for a good 3 years off and on before joining. Granted when I joined I still had not read nearly enough and knew next to nothing.

    Hopefully you have found some good advise and continue to read/learn.
